    I ordered my food at 11am i clicked the 45 minute slot to get it delivered for 11.45, it then stated it will arrive at 12pm, then i got a message stating it will be 13.30 due to being "extremely busy" however when i arrived to check my order the shop wasnt busy and i still didnt get the correct order absolutely terrible especially as there were 6 or 7 members of staff working

    Had hardy any filling at Salad and sauce included Really not happy if it wasn’t so late I would of rang them for a refund never ordering it for delivery again

    Delivery time was pushed back twice and still delivered 30 minutes late. The sandwich was cold and falling apart, not to mention missing the sauce. The drink was warm which isn’t common for a refrigerated bottled drink. I asked the driver for my receipt and he refused to give it, it was in his hand as he walked back to his car. Absolutely no response from phoning the store. 10/10 recommend to avoid.

    Subway gave a delivery time of 11.15 after ordering at 10.30. It arrived at 12.05 after receiving a txt that it was out for delivery at 11.30. The Sandwick was OK but the nachos were a cold congealed and inedible. I tried ringing subway but got no answer.

    Shocking. My food (one sandwich, 2 bags crisps and a drink) took 2 hours to arrive. My food was cold and soggy, i was missing a bag of crisps and went delivery guy demanded i paid fpr missing items and my sandwich didn't even have cheese in as i requested it. Been trying to call the store for 20mins and they just hang up when they pick the phone up. Honestly the worst ever.

    We had a phone call, saying they didn’t have the bread we wanted which was fine, so told them our other option. When it finally arrived, we had cookies and drinks missing. Fillings were also missing out of the sandwiches, and the bread was not right. Tried ringing the restaurant at least 3 times, and had no answer every time.

    Absolutely disgusting!!!! Over £30 wasted!! Not only did they delay time a couple times ending up couple hrs later in the end but the hash browns were cold, rolls drenched in sauce and no point being toasted as all cold. Will never order again

    I was delivered the wrong crisps and also without any mayonnaise that I ordered.

    The initial page said 20 to 35 minute wait then once checked out it said 60mins then it was late on top of that by 15mins, not happy considering we used this app for quick and easy service

    Ordered for ASAP delivery and first slot after that was 30 minutes before. Took an hour to make 2 sandwiches and a salad! Looking forward to a nice cold drink on a hot day and they arrived warm and bread was wrong on one sandwich. Not impressed at all

    It took 40 minutes to arrive, I ordered 3 cookies and received two and they were not the cookies I asked for, our toasted subs were stone cold and the taste was horrible. Never ordering again from here.

    Wasn't the bread that I ordered. Crisps were different to what I ordered to which they claimed they had tried to call me, but I had received no missed calls. Ordered 2 drinks and only got one and the delivery driver told me he didn't have time to go and get the second one. Not impressed really.

Sometimes there does seem to be an issue with contacting customer as we cannot contact them directly due to privacy and have to go through a code with Just Eat. Next time if there is an issue with your order (hopefully there isn't) if you contact the store between its opening hours Monday to Sunday one of our sandwich artists will be more than happy to resolve your issue.
