    I really enjoyed my meal, everything was right, meatballs were lovely, delivery takes a bit long considering its only a mile away, but enjoyed it. Will order again.

    Paid for double tuna in the salad but didn't get it, the spinach and jalapenos were also missing. Sauce wasn't added to the sub either.

    How does it take an hour to get from the town centre to us 0.5 miles away with to sandwich’s

    The food was ridiculous, it was all spilling out of the sandwich all over the wrap and box, the bread was falling apart from how overfilled the sandwich was. The meatballs were cold and hard like they had been sitting there all day as well as the cookies being hard and stale.

    Very poor experience from Subway. Normally a good service but yesterday was bad. Firstly I had a text to say it was arriving at 20:16. The food turned up 15 minutes later. Then the delivery driver was moaning about waiting for 5 minutes outside the door because the buzzer didn’t work. I clearly put on the delivery notes that the buzzer doesn’t work and to ring me when they were outside. Finally the food was bad. One subway had gerkins in when it wasn’t meant to and the other subway had no salad in at all when lettuce onion and jalapeños were selected online. Very poor
