    Hi Nadia Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on your last order today. From our side I can confirm that your order has been handed over to the Just Eat driver. Initially the driver who was assigned to your order by Just Eat never turned up and we contacted Just Eat on your behalf to assign a new driver who could deliver the food to you at the earliest. A strict query has been raised to Just Eat on your behalf as well. Apologies for the food being delivered delayed due to the 3rd party Just Eat Drivers. Thank you. -Subway Knightswood Team

    Most awful service from both subway and just eat now out of money

As it’s a third party delivery driver subway don’t have any control over the delivery driver issues.     There was a mix up: we were delivered someone else’s order (we ordered three 6 inch subs and were delivered three footlongs!) and just-eat called straight away, offering a refund which I accepted after being assured the person who ordered what we received were having theirs remade and delivered. To our surprise, a lovely Subway employee arrived five minutes later with our order saying it was complimentary. Thank you for the beyond brilliant service and I sure hope no one gets into trouble for the error. The only downside to this is now we have food waste from subs we can’t eat! Trying to offer them to the neighbours.

    I only received half the order I asked for. I didn’t get the the Italian BMT with Jalapeños, Pickle, onion and sweet chilli. I was instead sent two Italian BMT with onion and BBQ sauce. So now I’ve no lunch.

    I am still waiting on my delivery it is over an hour late but says on the app that it has been delivered definitely not to me it hasn’t last time I’ll be ordering from here paying for food that I am not even receiving absolutely disgraceful

    Hi Megan Thank you for getting in touch with us. Sorry to hear about the bad experience due to the delivery drivers. I can confirm that your food has been sent out completely with a Just Eat driver. I have contacted Just Eat customer service on your behalf. Since the delivery address has been changed from your end, apparently the Just Eat driver has not been able to deliver the food to you. But Just Eat has agreed to refund 50% of your order. And as a goodwill gesture, on showing your order number in store we are happy to provide a free six inch sub on your next visit.
